Based in Melbourne, Australia, The Agile Crowd are a boutique Scaled Agile Framework consulting and coaching firm.

Founded by Melissa Hay, one of only a handful of people in Australia qualified as an SPCT from Scaled Agile Inc. This is a recognition of very deep experience in leading successful agile transformations.

We help Australian enterprises move beyond implementing SAFe to actually leading it well. We help by building delivery capability, strengthening ART execution and creating structures that work for your people.
